Minutes of the Meeting

The meeting is held on 04.08.2024 at Hotel Parkview, Sector-24, Chandigarh at 16:00 pm.

Agenda for the meeting :

(i) Finalisation of amount to be collect for Supreme Court Case.

(ii) Registration of Association of Persons (AOP) for Category ‘A’ .

(iii) Presented and discussed Category A Housing society (Receipt of Payment and expenditure statement) for filing Court Case 2019 as on 04.08.2024.

(iv) To finalise the members for Association of Persons (AOP).

 Decision taken during the meeting :-

(a) An amount of Rs. 10000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) per member has to be collected for filing the Writ Petition in Supreme Court against the S.L.P. filed by Chandigarh Administration against Panjab & Haryana High Court decision dated 30.05.2024 (CWP-22636 of 2013).

(b) To start the process of registration of Association of Persons (AOP) for Category ‘A’ with the help of C. A. and necessary documents has to be collected from few members. Today some members given their Aadhar Card, Pan Card copy and two passport size photographs.

(c) The receipt and payment amount for the period 2019 to 04.08.2024 has been presented before the present members and the same has been approved by the present members. The cash balance as on 04.08.2024 is Rs. 297/-.

(d) Name of the following members has been decided as authorities under Association of Persons (AOP) for Category ‘A’.
